Do ask yourself "I'm going to focus on what single?"

Actually the question will bring you to consider objective.

"I'm going to focus on cleaning my house"

"I'm going to focus on registering new member"

"I'm going to focus on my sales"

It's all up to you.

Then you will act like what you have focus on before.
